Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
Red chili powder
Chana masala (store-bought)
Chopped green chilies,
- In a pressure cooker add chickpeas (soaked overnight), sliced onion, salt, tumeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and chana masala (store-bought).
- Add water and cook till chickpeas are done.
- When the cooker cools down, mix in chaat masala, chopped green chilies, green coriander.
- Serve with fluffy rotis.
