Ingredients

Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
Sliced onion
Salt
Tumeric powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Cumin seeds
Ginger-garlic paste
Tomato puree
Chana masala (store-bought)
Chaat masala,
Chopped green chilies,
Green coriander

Method

  • In a pressure cooker add chickpeas (soaked overnight), sliced onion, salt, tumeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and chana masala (store-bought).
  • Add water and cook till chickpeas are done.
  • When the cooker cools down, mix in chaat masala, chopped green chilies, green coriander.
  • Serve with fluffy rotis.
