Ingredients:
- 5 kg of Pork Neck
- 5 kg of Pork shoulder
- 2L of Orange Juice
- 2 kg of canned diced tomatoes
- 2 kg Onions
- 100 gr smoked Paprika
- 200 gr honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Method :
- Trim biggest pieces of fat away
- Place pork in oven form and put lid on it
- For perfect pulled Pork roast pork at 100 degrees for 6 hours
- After 6 hours add all ingredients beside the honey and smoked paprika
- Roast at 200 degrees for 1 hour without lid
- Put lid on top and roast for 3 hours more at 100 degrees
- Take meat out of the oven and pull it with 2 forks
- Put it back in the sauce and add the honey and smoked Paprika
- Roast with open lid until meat has the right moist
- Serve it. Preferred ways to serve it here in Bucharest are: Pulled Pork Burger and Pulled Pork Wrap
